If you are looking for a way to change up your summer workout routine, the City Pool offers water aerobics and lap swim. Exercising in the pool provides a great cardiovascular workout that is low impact and beneficial to the joints and muscles.
Water Aerobics
$3 per session
- Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday
- 6:00-7:00 am
- Reservations are suggested. Can be made up to one week in advance.
Lap Swim
$3 per session
Monday / Wednesday / Friday | 7:00- 8:00 AM |
Tuesday / Thursday | 6:30- 7:30 AM |
Lap swim sessions start June 3 and continue through July 31. Lap swim is strictly enforced. Reservations are suggested. Can be made up to one week in advance.
