NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF PORTERVILLE ORDINANCES CONCERNING

RECREATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARIES

Notice is hereby given by the City Council of the City of Porterville that on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 291 North Main Street, Porterville, California, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the City Council shall consider ordinances to establish adult-use dispensaries in the city, addressing the location of said dispensaries and the permitting process and regulatory requirements, and making minor modifications to the current regulations concerning personal use and other cannabis regulations.

This notice is given in order to provide all interested parties an opportunity to be heard and to present their views with respect to said proposed ordinances. The draft ordinances are on file in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 291 N. Main Street, Porterville, CA, and are available for inspection by any and all persons interested therein.
