Porterville Dog Park

Porterville Sports Complex

Every dog has its day and the day has come with the opening of Porterville’s first dog park.  The park is located on the west side of the Sports Complex, just behind the ballfields. 

Amenities include:

• separate play areas for large and small dogs
• fire hydrants & obstacles
• doggy drinking fountains
• new trees and benches
• dog waste disposal stations

Yappy Hour

Look for a monthly 'Yappy Hour' in the future.  These meet-ups will give dogs and owners a chance to unleash and unwind, maybe even have some ‘yappetizers’.  More information to come.
